His innovative approaches to HR analytics, total rewards strategies, and talent acquisition have earned him accolades, including being named one of Asia's '40 under 40 HR Leaders.'
Previously, Aleksandr served as Chief People Officer at MoMo, Vietnam's leading super app, where he led a team of 40+ HR professionals and rolled out transformative initiatives like fully digital onboarding, advanced HR analytics dashboards, and organizational development programs.
